Monday is my new favorite day

And an enormous SQUEE for my first local handbalancing class! It's hard to believe there's a real handstand class every Monday night, a mile from my house. But there it is.

I got in-person tips that I'll be able to practice, and my shoulders feel very worked, and I get to go six more times. Hot damn. :-) I'd reserve myself a slot in the next 7-week session right this minute, if I could.

Oh, I will be -- I'm signed up for Thursday nights. Except I'm going to miss this week's, because we have tickets to Circa.

I just signed up for a circus fitness class, also 7 weeks long, and I'm guessing at the same place. :) It starts tomorrow, I'm half looking forward to it and half thinking "I'm gonna die". :)

Laughing I can deal with, I was afraid I'd be limp and covered in sweat and unable to walk after the 75 minutes. :) It's been a long time since I've taken a fitness class, this is exciting. :)

I need to work harder next week, I can still hold a pen today, and even lift my arms up to shoulder height! :) The 1 minute at each exercise station circuits were fun, but I wish my memory was better as I kept having to ask what I was supposed to do at the later ones. :)
