"'My parents went to a world with no bilateral symmetry and all I got was this lousy F-Shirt."

*snicker* :)

There's also a version that's no good unless you've read The Mote in God's Eye by Niven/Pournelle: My fyunch(click) went to Mote Prime and all I got was this lousy F-shirt. But that doesn't work quite as well for reasons that you know if you read the book, and you won't care about if you didn't.

If anyone wants to read more about strength balance, I found some interesting info here. And here. And here. Hmm, maybe I'll stop with the hamstring curls. Anyway, back to debugging legacy code. I actually like doing that... it's like detective work.

You both might be interested to read this book:
Power Factor Specialization: Abs & Legs by Peter Sisco, John R. Little (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0809228270/qid=1052237028/sr=1-4/ref=sr_1_4/102-0161319-6817755?v=glance&s=books)
He goes through each exercise and rates it's effectiveness at working the muscle. There are some surprises in there.

You should be able to borrow it from your local library. There are a couple of other books in the series as well.

That looks interesting.
