I go into a two-high (standing on the base's shoulders, facing the same way as the base). Then I keep holding their hands, but step over so that my left foot is on their right shoulder and my right foot is dangling in space. I bend down and place their right hand securely on my bent right arm. I bend over my own arm, scrunch up the right leg, then bring it out to the side like I'm peeing on a hydrant; this changes the balance enough for the other leg to float up. I lift and straighten my legs and back with sheer muscle power (there's nothing that can help here). When the balance is secure, the left arm can let go of the base's left hand, and they can lower that arm.

It sounds very weird all written out, but you asked. :-)

I keep doing push-presses and military presses. I could probably hold someone in that pose. :)
