Time to start acting like it's October

flexagonI overstretched my right hamstring this morning while straddling (grrr!), and realized it's time to start taking it easy: there's just a week until Divine Play, which I really don't want to be injured for. Usually an overstretch will calm down well enough before that, especially if I'm good about ultrasounding and foam-rolling it. So... here comes a relatively easy week for me. I'm grateful that my hurt wrist mended in time for this.

heisenbug and I finally have legal wills -- and HIPAA releases, health care proxies, and durable powers of attorney for each other. We feel so adult now.
Lastly, I like how I've been feeling lately: unafraid, about a lot of things. I could get used to this.
