I got the light gray, which is really very small black and white threads spun together. There must be a term for this sort of color or yarn, but I don't know it.... marled, maybe? Anyway, I chose it over a darker, totally solid charcoal because it better shows what pieces are cut sideways to the knit grain, which the makers were really artistic about and lends a subtle color-blocking effect.
