Small happy things

heisenbug AND norwoodbridge on Friday night.
But I was really going to tell you about the super calm handstand I found on Friday. I did very strong work last Monday when I was sad, and on Friday I found a way to access the same stillness without being sad. Just strong and calm and Zen-master. It doesn't look like much when I type it, but it felt fantastic at the time, like discovering a superpower. I have a private with a new teacher tomorrow and I'm hoping I can find that again.
