Plans change sometimes. I was supposed to spend all of Sunday doing a circus gig to build a human tower, but it cancelled due to rain. Like a ninja I rescheduled a date for the evening, and spent the day catching up on my backlog of work email instead. First time in weeks that I've gotten that particular list down to zero. For all that people say I'm inflexible or whatever, I sure know how to make good use of reclaimed time.

In amusing news, I did a single Turkish Get-Up with 65 pounds on Sunday (my new record), and on Monday night heisenbug went to the gym and did some with 70 pounds (his new record). So... I guess I'm motivational. Also I guess I'll be doing TGUs with my left hand first for a few weeks now, until it too can do the 65.

Heading down by Long Wharf after work today for a bit to catch water Pokemon. The leveling is slowing down fast now, but there always seem to be one or two species that I'm close to evolving; and if I walk through the financial district on the way I hear there's a fair chance of a Doduo. I have a new external phone battery, so why not?

Oh man it feels like NYC, or maybe just the neighborhood near my work/where I tend to go on lunchtime walks, is all Doduos all the time - though I did catch a Dodrio today, which was exciting - I think it was the first I'd caught rather than evolved.

Yeah, I keep hearing that! I've never seen a single one. We sure have a lot of Jynxes though, and I guess those are rare in some places. Basically this game encourages travel. :)
