flexagonSo my life is all about details right now. Both my ebay auctions ended last night and both items sold (for their starting bids), so I mailed that stupid wedding dress off this morning. It would have paid me back for the original purchase completely except that I had to enable credit card payments on my paypal account, which means they skim a small percentage off the top. Ah well.
As if that wasn't enough dress action for the day, my bridesmaids are about decided on a new dress, so I can probably tell them to buy it just as soon as I succeed in calling Deutschland. Thank goodness I'm buying them shoes myself, so that can be unilateral and quick.
I was walking by a Willard poster yesterday. It says From small things... comes great power. This was driving me nuts because I was sure they were making a horrible grammatical mistake: things comes? Eventually I realized that it's technically okay... great power comes from small things... but you know what? It still bugs me. And so does the fact that my face is sun/windburned despite the SPF 45 goop I had on it yesterday.
