flexagon | I knew it, I just knew it

This morning the alarm went off at 6:20 and I rolled perkily out of bed. "It's so easy to get up now that it's nice and bright out," I thought as I rooted around for clothes. "Wait a minute... I've been happy like this before and that was right before something bad happened. Yes... they slapped me with daylight savings time and things got all dark again, that's what it was... and I bet they're going to do it to me this year too, just so I'll start oversleeping again. Oh, why does the world hate me?" So when I got to work I did a search on this, and sure enough, we spring forward on April 6. :( At least I'll miss the first week of suddenly-dark-again mornings.

I got email from an old roommate, we'll call him P-boy, today. I quote: I hear that you an HLM are engaged. Congratualtions! It sounds like things are going well. Maybe moving in with him was not such a bad idea after all :P. No, P-boy, it really wasn't.
