Non-condo news... well, mostly.

flexagonWoot... I got my cell phone. But its cute little battery is not charged, so it's not activated. The cute little red light in the cute little battery charger is mocking me.
Also, earlier this week I totally fell off my "be nice to facial skin" wagon. I did pretty much everything I'm not supposed to, including wild repeated squeezing at something that wasn't even red/swollen but naturally is today. It was the first time since Dec 31 that I've actually felt out of control... not just removing something questionable but like "oh look, this is just what I shouldn't be doing... and I'm still doing it, yes folks, looks like the fingers are moving in again." Ugh. Oh well. Time to go cold turkey again, avoid looking in mirrors and all that. I swear it was getting easier and easier before this... last weekend I looked awesome! Must get back on track.
And by the way, if I haven't been posting much about all this it's because I found a very active acne forum where nothing skin-related is TMI or off-topic and tons of interesting ideas come up. So, generally, I've been posting progress and stuff there.
That's all the strictly non-condo news I can think of. We're moving tomorrow, so my head is all taken up with the minutiae involved in that. Mmmm... boxes. Truck. Strong friends. Truck. We have come up with what I think is a rather clever plan involving the cats... we're going to move them (with a few of their favorite possessions) first, so we're not having to deal with them at the same time as we move the rest of the stuff. This strikes me as far superior to the usual "stuff kitty in the carrier at the last minute" thing I've done before. We're very lucky that our new place is so close to the old so that we can do that, not to mention hand-carry a few of our most fragile and hard-to-pack things.
