Joyful book news

flexagonKushiel's Avatar is out in paperback! Yessss... now I know what I'll be reading on the long, long flight west this fine New Year's Day. :)
I was thinking of picking up that along with Gibson's Pattern Recognition, which everyone says is really good and sounds to me a bit like Connie Willis's Bellwether. But I'm not exactly feeling rich right now, since that damn deposit check was indeed cashed on Friday. I have like $600 in the bank and I owe HLM $1700 of that. *snergle* I guess we'll see how I feel when actually in the bookstore.

Though, I suppose if that were going to happen it would have already happened.
