flexagon | A neutral kind of week

Nobody yelled at me this week, and I got a lot done and felt like I was on the way toward solving a complex puzzle. I did cry, but only when thinking of the week before; and I got to meet with the Winemaker, who suggested some very reasonable things that I will try to implement. For instance, when someone gets unprofessional with you on a video call, it may make sense to HANG UP rather than let them continue when neither of you is at your best. Yes... that's a concept, all right. A few internal alarms/tripwires that trigger a single polite sentence and a click might be a fine addition to my professional toolkit.

I feel almost perky, except that I still have a crapton to do for tomorrow, and a torrent of cancellations is plaguing my circus life. My dating life is getting postponements rather than cancellations but it's still shaping up to be a strange, off-by-one week. It's all right. I still get snuggles.

Nice little things: I cooked fried rice tonight for the first time ever, and it was easy! And I love this cover of Pink singing White Rabbit.
