Solar eclipse

My very awesome urban almanac told me there would be a total eclipse of the sun on Friday, April 8, so I Googled it in order to get the word out to y'all. I found all the information I wanted, but unfortunately Boston is just above the northern eclipse limit, so we don't get to see a damn thing. And this will be the last partial eclipse of the Sun visible from the continental U.S. until May 20, 2012. :(

I forget where most of you live, but savage_rose, you at least should be able to see some of it.

Hahahaa... that WAS one of my thoughts, I'll admit. Goddamnit, if I really really really wanted to get down there I could!
