Life is so good

flexagonAt 4:12 pm today, after much drama, the continuous build passed. Ahhhhh bliss and happy QA drops. Tonight, very soon in fact, I will sleep the deep and peaceful sleep of the just. :)
The other really wonderful thing about tonight was that I fried a plantain. I love fried plantains, but never thought to try doing it at home. Turns out it's easy... there's nothing to it except a yellow plantain, a knife with which to cut the aforementioned into slices, and some canola oil. And it came out sooooo delicious! I'm going to be eating plantains all summer. The best part is that HLM doesn't really like them... so they won't disappear from the pantry unexpectedly, and I won't have to share. *selfish happy dance*
