Quite an evening...

I'm definitely getting better at being drunk and handling it well, if I'm in an environmnent that feels safe. Last night we went over to aykroyd and Dre's new apartment for dinner and to get the grand tour... I had two Kahlua mudslides, which I drank pretty fast before dinner, and I didn't get depressed and I wasn't even clingy! In fact, I was hyper and chattery like most people get, and laughed a lot, and we chilled out until almost midnight. It was good. I reeeeeeally needed something like that.

I also found out that my mysterious office plant is almost certainly a bromeliad, and that I've been watering it wrong. Very cool... I've been wondering and wondering what it is and why the ends of its leaves were going brown despite all the water I give it.

Oddest of all, HLM got a mystic tan yesterday to surprise me. Whoa! Way to be spicy, surprising and adventurous. Now I have to go get one too. :)
