Bounce, bounce, bounce, dive, arch

Last night was "suddenly able to do front handsprings off the end of the tumble track" night. What the hell... they're not even hard, I was just missing one motion.

Handsprings weren't an explicit goal of mine, but getting used to going over like that should be good for eventually doing walkovers.
