It's been another ultra-exciting week of trying to get my work done without pushing myself past/through the UGH I'M SO DONE feeling that now hits daily. It's definitely a resource-management game at this point... or maybe I kind of feel like I'm playing as Small Mario all the time, and have to be extra cautious. Four more weeks until big vacation, and at least I managed to accelerate a vacation for the sub-manager who was on the edge of tears every day -- they're out now for two weeks. We take turns. Unfortunately, today I have a bunch of stuff to do.

Last weekend I threw out the last of my bras, along with a bunch more of my tank tops that have started to annoy me. Then [personal profile] coraline told me about the nicest tanks while we were walking around, these ones from Target. I bought some and also found more promising options from Duluth, the regular and thin-strap No Yank Tank. Up with comfort! Out with scratchy seams, scritchy tags and rough fabric.

It's warmer and rainy, and the tree outside the window is being very Robert Frost, in a "Nature's first green is gold" kind of way. Had he been grittier and more urban, he might have thought of tennis balls.

I want to tell you about a really good handstand lesson I had on Friday -- following up on a week of my body not cooperating well, it decided to figure some shit out, and I did some good hop-ups to pike handstand, and jumped onto the highest surface I have managed yet. It was encouraging. :)

Also stand by for an explicit post, when I have time. As a teaser: no 20somethings were harmed, but I definitely earned my cougar badge yesterday. NOT SORRY.
