Pose of the month at my yoga place for July is galavasana. If I were naming these things, I'd have called it Levitating Pigeon... but then, if I were naming things, pigeon itself would be called Burning Outer Hip Pose, so no I wouldn't have.

I love arm balance months. It's a good thing my thumb is better.

i am going to go to my doc for my shoulder i think. grrr.

Oh, that is so sucky, especially with all the recent handstand stability. My thumb just needed a week off and some intense massaging (mauling) with the other hand, as it turned out. I hope you post about the shoulder so we know what happens...
