I was saying it would be bad because you'd be training one group of muscles and then asking a different set of muscles to do the work. Weights seemed like a better approach... but so do the kickups we're working on now. Lower and lower, then kick less and less until it's a press... yeah. :)
Those plyo exercises look kick-ass. I don't see them doing anything with that "plyo box" that you couldn't do with an aerobics step though.
