2) bluechromis and I came up with the idea of creating a new community called 3goodthings, in which people can post 3 good things that happened to them that day and what their involvement in the good thing was (if any). Cheesy, maybe, but effective as a life hack -- writing down the good things can alter what you remember (toward the good) and writing down your involvement can remind you of cause and effect, and the things you can realistically thank yourself for. Well, my attempt to create the community came to naught because varna thought of it quite a while ago. There are no recent entries, but that's all right... there wouldn't have been any recent entries if I had, indeed, just created the thing tonight like I was planning to. :) I say we pretend it's a startup, move in and take over. Membership is open. I'm gonna go post there now.

So I posted my ones from last night. I had a bitch of a time coming up with a third one for some reason, I may end up having to do this as a "right before bed" thing on paper like I did last night.

Just watched the parkour video - my favorite part is right in the beginning on the jungle gym bars, but I also loved the dog and when he climbed into the building with the arch windows. Is it wrong that I noticed that he's wearing black socks with those white athletic shoes? The horror!
