I think it's misleading. It should have said, "Most people answer "No MFing Way!" here. I'm baffled tho... who the hell would pick yes? o_O

Well, there were people who voted against the tax reduction a few years ago. I guess this gives them the chance to put their money where their mouths were. But it's still pretty funny. :)

Yeah, certainly not unless that extra money is earmarked for something specific.

California has a non-flat tax (http://www.ftb.ca.gov/forms/catxrate_exmpt.html), but the highest tax bracket, 9.3% marginal rate, starts at $43,467 for Single and Filing Separately, and $86,934 for Filing Jointly.
