Freezing farking cold

Goddamn it, this 0º F thing is a total bitch. We went to see Arcadia in Arlington, which is great since it's my favorite play ever (and this time I was smart enough to buy the script and read it before seeing it, so I actually caught all the clever bits) but catching the 77 bus back was truly, physically painful. I'm still not warmed up. The worst part is that my hamstrings, somewhat vexed by the two hours of tae kwon do earlier today, have started actively hurting and feeling pulled, which they weren't before. I'm coming to the conclusion that going out in the cold is about the worst thing I can do for them after a workout. Anyway, my hot chocolate is about cool enough to drink, so... back to that.
