Someone you know just did a Turkish Get-Up with 70lb on her right side and 65lb on her left (both of these are personal records). The 70 was a massive fight, and the first time definitively doing more than half my body weight. And yesssss it is on video.
Amusingly, there was a brand-new trainer there who was very worried about me and wanted to be sure I do a lot of wrist stability exercises. I don't blame him -- these get pretty improbable looking -- but it was cute.
